摘　　要：本文研究研制了一种晒后修复组合物,以玫瑰茄花提取物、金花葵提取物和酪朊酸钠为修复成分,通过自由基清除效果测试、晒后修复效果测试、皮肤刺激试验,对所研制样品的晒后修复效果进行相关功效评价。结果显示,含玫瑰茄花提取物、金花葵提取物和酪朊酸钠的5%组合物水溶液,对羟自由基和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基的清除率均在80%以上,玫瑰茄花提取物和金花葵提取物具有一定的自由基清除效果,且两者组合使用效果更强;酪朊酸钠可以增强玫瑰茄花提取物和金花葵提取物的相容性,提高组合物的自由基清除效果;组合物中三者协同作用,在晒后8h使用仍具有显著的修复效果,可以起到长效的抗炎、消肿、清除自由基作用,对皮肤无刺激。A post-sun repair mixture was established in this investigation.With rose eggplant flower extract,golden flower sunflower extract,and sodium caseinate as repair components,the generated sample's post-sun repair effect was assessed using a free radical scavenging effect test,a post-sun repair effect test,and a skin irritation test.The results showed that the scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radical in 5%aqueous solution containing rose eggplant flower extract,golden flower sunflower extract and sodium caseinate were more than 80%.Rose eggplant flower extract and golden flower sunflower extract had a certain free radical scavenging effect,and the combination of the two had a stronger effect.The synergistic effect of the three components showed significant repair effect at 8h after sun exposure,which could play a long-term anti-inflammatory,detumescence,and free radical scavenging effect.It had no skin irritation.
