摘　　要：使用价廉的手持糖度计替代昂贵的阿贝折射仪,检测香精样品的折射率,其检测数据能够满足相关标准的测量要求,操作简便、快速。对被测样品的温度控制,可通过对样品做“恒温”预处理,取样时用塑料吸管或玻璃棒随吸(蘸)随测,能够保障其温度误差在允许的范围内。To detect the refractive index of taste samples,an inexpensive hand-held sugar meter was used instead of an expensive Abbe refractometer.Its detection data fulfilled the measurement requirements of relevant standards,was easy to operate,and was quick.The temperature of the examined sample can be controlled by pretreatment at a"constant temperature."To guarantee that the temperature error is within the permissible range,the plastic straw or glass rod can be used to suck(DIP)and measure at the same time during sampling.
