芪参胶囊联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究芪参胶囊联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)的临床效果。方法:选择2019年8月至2021年1月九江市第一人民医院收治的STEMI患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予芪参胶囊治疗。比较两组6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、心功能、血脂水平及安全性。结果:治疗前,两组6MWT、心功能及血脂水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组6MWT长于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)低于对照组,总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及三酰甘油(TG)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪参胶囊联合大剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗STEMI患者能够改善患者心功能,调节血脂水平,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of qishen capsules combined with high-dose atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:A total of 60 STEMI patients treated in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-dose atorvastatin calcium tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with qishen capsules.The six-minute walk test(6MWT),heart function,blood lipid level and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 6MWT,cardiac function and blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the 6MWT of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the control group.Ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd)were lower than those of the control group,and total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and triglycerides(TG)were lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups of adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qishen capsules combined with high-dose atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve the heart function of patients with STEMI,regulate blood lipid levels,and has high safety.
