摘　　要：针对吐哈油田胜北区块气藏埋藏深,储层压力系数高,对水泥浆体系耐温、防窜、稳定性要求高,水泥封固段长,井眼条件差,后期大规模体积压裂投产对固井质量和水泥环完整性要求高等固井难题,开展高压气藏长封固水平井固井技术研究。通过水泥浆体系室内研究、分析实验,研制出配伍性好、抗高温、防气窜、韧性强的抗高温韧性防窜水泥浆体系;结合工艺技术研究和软件模拟计算,制定出了井眼准备措施、套管居中方案、水泥浆柱结构优化、顶替效率优化等针对性配套固井工艺技术。现场试验表明:固井新技术在该区块应用的4口井,固井质量合格率由实施前的0提高到了100%,实现了预期目标。该技术保证了胜北区块高压气藏长封固水平井固井圆满成功,满足了该区块后期压裂和生产要求。Considering the deep burial and high reservoir pressure coefficient of Shengbei Block of Tuha Oilfield,it requires high temperature resistance,anti-channeling and stability of cement slurry system,long cementing segment,poor wellbore conditions,and later production of large-scale fracturing have a high standard for quality of cement ring and cement integrity,we conduct a research about the cementing technology for long cementing segment horizontal wells of high-pressure gas reservoirs.Through the laboratory research and analysis experiment of cement slurry system,high temperature resistant toughness and anti-channeling cement slurry system with good compatibility,high temperature resistance,anti gas channeling and strong toughness has been developed.Combined with process technology research and software simulation calculation,well preparation measures,centralizing degree of casing,optimization of cement column structure,displacement efficiency optimization and other targeted cementing technologies have been formulated.Field tests show that in the four wells where the new cementing technology was applied,the cementing quality acceptance rate increased from 0 to 100%and achieved our goal.This technology ensures the successful cementing for long cementing segment horizontal well of high-pressure gas reservoirs in Shengbei Block of Tuha Oilfield and can meet the requirements of the late blocks fracturing and production.
