摘 要:威远页岩气田开发过程中,合理的井身剖面设计对降低钻井施工难度、保证井筒质量、提高经济效益至关重要。由威远地区地质条件对井身剖面设计的影响出发,通过计算分析目前威远常用的3种井身剖面类型,从现场可操作性、降低实钻难度、减小钻柱摩阻和扭矩以及钻井提速等方面,将二维+三维复合剖面模式与双二维剖面模式相对比。结果表明:采用修正软杆模型计算,二维+三维复合剖面模式在相同条件下摩阻和扭矩及侧向力均较小,现场可操作性更强,施工难度更低。因此,采用二维+三维复合剖面模式可有效提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本,有助于实现威远页岩气田安全、优快、高效开发。In the process of development of Weiyuan shale gas reservoir, good well trajectory is favorable to decrease the difficulty of the drilling construction, ensure wellbore quality and increase economic efficiency. Based on the influence of geological conditions of Weiyuan shale gas on well profile design, three types of well profile commonly used in Weiyuan are calculated and analyzed, the 2D+3D composite profile mode is compared with the dual –2D profile mode in terms of field operability, drilling difficulty, drag and torque of drilling string and drilling speed. The analysis results show that based on modified soft model, the 2D+3D composite profile mode has less drag,torque,side force, more operability and less construction difficulty than the dual –2D profile mode under the same conditions. Therefore, the application of 2D+3D composite profile mode can effectively improve the drilling speed and reduce the drilling cost, which contributes to the safe, optimal and efficient development of Weiyuan shale gas.
