摘  要:应力是判断管道是否能够安全运行的重要指标之一。通过测量磁效应参数中矫顽力的大小实现管道应力无损测量,其在一定程度上可以反映出应力的大小。为探究矫顽力与应力的关系,使用自主搭建的矫顽力测量系统对从X65钢管道上切割所得试件单向拉伸时母材上及焊缝处的矫顽力进行测量。实验结果表明:当试件处于单向应力作用下,垂直于拉应力方向的矫顽力大小随着应力的增大而增大且变化幅度较大,同时母材与焊缝处的变化规律相同。该规律可说明通过测量矫顽力的大小来表示管道焊缝处与母材处的应力大小方法是可行的。Stress is one of the important indexes for the judgement of the safe operation.Stress of pipeline can be measured without being damaged through measuring the value of coercive force in the parameters of magnetic effect.The value of stress can be shown in some degree by the magnitude of coercive force.In the research,self-designed U-shape prober and coercive force detecting system are used to measure the stress of base metal and welding line on specimen which was cut from the X65 steel pipeline under the unidirectional stress.It has been found that when the direction of measurement is perpendicular to the tensile direction,the coercive fore would build up with the increase of stress under unidirectional stress,and the amplitude of variation is obvious.The same rule would appear on both base metal and welding line.This regularity can be used to judge whether the pipeline is safe to operate and provide theoretical basis for a more convenient measurement in the engineering field.
