摘　　要：为解决汽车白车身焊装生产线的点焊机器人电极帽更换存在的安全、效率和质量的问题,本文提出一种点焊电极帽自动换帽装置的研发方案。分别介绍了装置的技术方案、设计方案、工作原理和应用实例。最后总结了该装置的优点和应用效果。In order to solve the problems of safety,efficiency and quality in the electrode cap replacement of spot welding robot in automobile body in white welding production line,a research and development scheme of automatic cap replacement device for spot welding electrode cap is proposed in this paper.The technical scheme,design scheme,working principle and application example of the device are introduced respectively.Finally,the advantages and application effects of the device are summarized.
