摘　　要：对于任何行业来说,实施科学的成本管理战略对于其保持蓬勃生命力与持久竞争力来说都是必要的。汽车零部件制造业属于我国传统制造业的重要分支,近年来随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车零部件制造业在发展中面临着一系列的新情况、新问题。为了改变这一现状,必须从加强成本控制,营造成本优势入手。基于此,本文对汽车零部件制造业成本控制过程中面临的问题进行剖析,然后针对问题给出可行性的成本控制举措。For any industry,the implementation of scientific cost management strategy is necessary to maintain its vigorous vitality and lasting competitiveness.Auto parts manufacturing industry is an important branch of China’s traditional manufacturing industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of the auto industry,the auto parts manufacturing industry is facing a series of new situations and problems.In order to change this situation,we must strengthen cost control and create cost advantages.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems faced in the cost control process of auto parts manufacturing industry,and then gives feasible cost control measures.
