活塞冷却油腔结构变化对活塞温度场的影响

摘  要:为提升活塞油腔对活塞的冷却效果,采用ANSYS有限元分析法对活塞温度场进行数值模拟,对活塞顶部燃烧室喉口及活塞第一环槽处两个重点区域进行分析,并对活塞产生热应力具有明显影响的温度梯度进行同步分析,结果表明,通过改变活塞内冷油腔横截面形状,使内冷油腔更加凸向活塞高温区域,内冷油腔的冷却效果得到了显著提升。可见,油腔越靠近温度高,梯度大区域,其冷却效果越明显。To improve the cooling effect of the piston oil chamber on the piston,the temperature field of the piston is numerically simulated by ANSYS finite element analysis method,the two key areas at the throat of the combustion chamber at the top of the piston and the first ring groove of the piston are analyzed,and the temperature gradient with obvious influence on the thermal stress produced by the piston is synchronously analyzed.The results show that,by changing the cross-sectional shape of the piston internal cooling oil chamber,the internal cooling oil chamber is more convex to the high temperature area of the piston,and the cooling effect of the internal cooling oil chamber is significantly improved.It can be seen that the closer the oil chamber is to the area with high temperature and large gradient,the more obvious the cooling effect is.
