循证护理在经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理策略在前列腺增生(BPH)行经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术(TUERP)患者中的应用效果。方法:将某医院行TUERP术患者按不同护理方法分为实验组和对照组,每组86例,对照组患者进行泌尿外科常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上开展循证护理。结果:实验组患者术后出血少于对照组,膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者平均住院天数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在TUERP术后恢复中效果较好,有助于降低术后并发症发生率,缩短患者住院天数,明显改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing strategy on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)undergoing transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate(TUERP).Methods:Patients who underwent TUERP in a hospital were divided into experimental and control groups according to different nursing methods,with 86 cases in each group.The control group received routine urological nursing,while the experimental group carried out evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The postoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the observation group,the incidence of bladder spasm was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of evidence-based nursing in the recovery of TUERP is better,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
