摘 要:目的:探究双边反馈沟通联合Teach-Back宣教对ICU高热清醒患者冰毯使用依从性的影响。方法:该研究随机将某科收治的80例高热患者分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组患者采用常规护理宣教,观察组患者在常规护理宣教基础上引入双边反馈沟通联合Teach-Back宣教。使用问卷调查法对两组患者的冰毯使用依从性和对护理的满意度进行调查分析。结果:观察组患者依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双边反馈沟通联合Teach-Back宣教能够提高高热清醒患者冰毯使用依从性及满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of bilateral feedback communication combined with teach back education on the compliance of ice blanket use in ICU patients with high fever and awake.Methods:This study used the questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze the compliance of ice blanket use and the satisfaction of nursing of 80 patients with high fever and soberness in our department,They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,The control group received routine nursing education,The observation group received bilateral feedback communication combined with teach back education on the basis of routine nursing education.Results:the compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:bilateral feedback and communication combined with teach back education can improve the compliance and satisfaction of ice blanket use in conscious patients with high fever,which is worthy of clinical application.
