摘　　要：癫痫在我国的发病率较高,根据流行病学调查可知,全球癫痫患者有7000多万人,且有20%左右的癫痫患者对药物治疗方式反应差,不能达到较好的临床疗效。因此需加强癫痫疾病的防治工作,以降低癫痫发病率。若已确诊为癫痫病症,患者需及时入院接受有效救治。此病症的临床诊疗中,迷走神经刺激术一般可达到较好的临床疗效,但若能在患者出院的延续护理中,加入云随访平台、家庭参与式护理这两种护理干预方式,可以提升患者生活质量及自我管理能力。该文主要就云随访平台联合家庭参与式护理在迷走神经刺激术癫痫患者延续护理中的应用进行深入分析、论述。The incidence of epilepsy in my country is relatively high.According to epidemiological surveys,there are more than 70 million patients with epilepsy in the world,and about 20%of epilepsy patients respond poorly to drug treatments and cannot achieve good clinical effects.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of epilepsy to reduce the incidence of epilepsy.If an epilepsy has been diagnosed,the patient needs to be admitted to the hospital in time for effective treatment.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease,vagus nerve stimulation can generally achieve better clinical effects.However,if the methods of cloud follow-up platform and family participatory care can be added to the continuous care of patients discharged from the hospital,patient’s quality of life and self-management ability can be improved.Thus,this article mainly analyzes and discusses the application of cloud follow-up platform combined with family participatory nursing in the continuous nursing of patients with epilepsy after vagus nerve stimulation.
