单侧负重对人体足底压力特征的影响研究

摘　　要：为探究人体不同单侧负重方式与负重重量行走时足底压力分布特征,分析单侧负重对不同性别人群带来的足底压力变化,选取30名男性与30名女性受试者分别在单肩、手提与斜挎背包3种负重方式下以自身体重的0%、5%、10%与15%等4种负重重量下行走,利用Medtrack足底压力板测量足底压力峰值和压强峰值。结果表明:单肩背包时压力与压强峰值高于手提与斜挎背包(P<0.05);足底压力峰值男性显著大于女性(P<0.05);手提与斜挎背包负重15%BW时右脚压强峰值女性显著小于男性(P<0.05);男性斜挎背包负重15%BW右脚压力峰值显著大于左脚(P<0.05);女性手提背包负重10%BW右脚压强峰值显著大于左脚(P<0.05)。女性手提背包双脚压强峰值不对称,单肩背包压强峰值大于斜挎背包,所以建议女性选用斜挎背包。男性斜挎背包双脚压力峰值不对称,单肩背包压力峰值大于斜挎背包,所以建议男性选用手提背包。The characteristics of the plantar pressure distribution of different unilateral loading methods and weights were investigated and the changes in plantar pressure caused by unilateral loading to people of different genders were analyzed in the paper. Thirty males and thirty females walked under loading 0%,5%,10%,and 15% of their own body weight in the three loading methods of single-shoulder,hand-held and crossbody backpack were tested and Medtrack plantar pressure plate was used to measure the plantar peak value of force and plantar peak value of pressure. The results showed that the peak value of pressure and peak value of force for a single-shoulder bag were higher than that for hand-held and cross-body backpack(P<0. 05);the plantar peak value of force was significantly greater in men than that in women(P<0. 05);the plantar peak value of pressure for the right foot under carrying hand-held and cross-body backpack with 15% BW was significantly lower for women than that for men(P<0. 05);the plantar peak value of force for the right foot of male under carrying cross-body backpack with 15% BW was significantly greater than that for left foot(P<0. 05);the plantar peak value of pressure on the right foot of female under carrying hand-held backpack with 10% BW was significantly greater than that on the left foot(P<0. 05). The research revealed that the plantar peak value of pressure on two feet was asymmetric for female under carrying hand-held backpacks and single-shoulder backpacks had higher peak pressure than cross-body backpacks,suggesting that women were recommended to choose cross-body backpacks;the plantar peak value of pressure on two feet was asymmetric for male under carrying cross-body backpacks and single-shoulder backpacks had higher peak force than crossbody backpacks,suggesting that men were recommended to choose hand-held backpacks.
