摘  要:【目的】了解上海市杨浦区德国小蠊2014—2020年对常用杀虫剂的抗药性变化情况,为灭蟑杀虫剂的合理使用提供依据。【方法】2014、2017、2020年分别在杨浦区的2处农贸市场采集德国小蠊带回实验室饲养,采用WHO推荐的药膜法检测德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性。【结果】2014、2017、2020年杨浦区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为6.96、4.39、7.26,对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别为10.41、6.71、5.24,对残杀威的抗性倍数分别为2.28、3.16、1.01。【结论】2014—2020年杨浦区德国小蠊对氯菊酯和残杀威的抗药性有所下降,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性维持在低抗水平。应注重综合治理,轮换使用杀虫剂,以延缓其抗药性升高。[Objective]To investigate the resistance dynamics of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Yangpu District of Shanghai during 2014-2020,and to provide the basis for the rational use of insecticides against cockroaches.[Methods]Blattella germanica was captured in two farmer’s markets in 2014,2017 and 2020. The residual film method recommended by WHO was used to test resistance of Blattella germanica to the insecticides.[Results]In 2014,2017 and 2020,the resistance ratio of Blattella germanica in Yangpu District was6.96,4.39,7.26 to beta-cypermethrin,10.41,6.71,5.24 to permethrin,and 2.28,3.16,1.01 to propoxur.[Conclusion]The resistance of Blattella germanica to permethrin and propoxur decreases,and the resistance to beta-cypermethrin keeps at low level. Comprehensive management and rotation of insecticides should be implemented to delay the increase of resistance.
