摘  要:采用水培试验,设置2 mg/L低钾胁迫和40 mg/L正常供钾2个水平,以根长、株高、地上部鲜重和地上部干重作为筛选指标,对84份云南地方稻种资源进行了苗期的耐低钾筛选和评价。结果表明:在不同K^(+)浓度处理下,这些地方稻品种的根长、株高、地上部鲜重和地上部干重这4个性状指标差异显著。根据它们各性状的相对耐性指数及其综合指数,分为耐低钾型、较耐低钾型、较不耐低钾型和不耐低钾型;最终筛选出优异的耐低钾型品种11份,占供试材料的13.10%。The root length,plant height,aboveground fresh weight and aboveground dry weight were taken as screening indexes,and the hydroponic experiment was conducted to screen and evaluate the low potassium tolerance of 84 local rice germplasm resources in Yunnan at seedling stage under 2 mg/L low potassium and 40 mg/L normal potassium treatment.The results showed that the root length,plant height,overground fresh weight and overground dry weight of these local rice varieties were significantly different under different K^(+)concentrations.According to their relative index and comprehensive index,they were divided into the best resistance to low potassium type,better resistance to low potassium type,less resistance to low potassium type and low potassium sensitive type.Finally,11 excellent low potassium tolerant types were selected,accounting for 13.10%of the tested materials.
