摘 要:以7个菏泽牡丹品种为试验材料,研究了其物候期、形态指标和生理指标;以鲁菏红为试材,以育苗基质、有机肥、草炭为基质材料,设置6种基质配比,以育苗基质(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1)为对比,对其物候期及形态指标和生理指标进行了测定和分析。在7个牡丹品种中,综合评价指数最高的品种为芳纪,其次为贵妃插翠和雪映桃花,花王、岛锦、绿幕隐玉和太阳4个品种的综合评价指数较低,这与依据物候期和形态指标、生理指标得到的结论基本一致;在7种基质配方中,综合评价指数最高的为配方4,CK最低,与依据物候期和形态指标、生理指标得到的结论基本一致。最适宜银川地区盆栽的牡丹品种为芳纪,其次为雪映桃花和贵妃插翠;牡丹盆栽的最佳基质配比为育苗基质∶有机肥∶草炭=6∶2∶2。这对丰富盆栽牡丹品种、实现盆栽牡丹在银川地区的规范化、规模化、标准化生产提供了参考。Seven Heze peonies were taken as experimental materials,and the phenophase,morphological indices and physiological indices were studied.Luhehong was used as test material.Seedling substrate,organic fertilizer and peat were used as matrix material,and six matrix ratios were set.The phenological period,morphological and physiological indexes were measured and analyzed by comparing seedling substrate(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=1∶1∶1).Among the 7 peony varieties,Fangji had the highest comprehensive evaluation index,followed by Guifeichacui and Xueyingtaohua,and the comprehensive evaluation index of Huawang,Daojin,Lvmuyinyu and Taiyang was low.The conclusion was basically consistent with that from phenological period,morphological index and physiological index.The most suitable potted peony variety in Yinchuan area was Fangji,followed by Xueyingtaohua and Guifeichacui.The optimal substrate ratio of pot peony was seedling substrate∶organic fertilizer∶peat=6∶2∶2.It would provide reference for enriching potted peony varieties and achieving standardized,large-scale and standardized production of potted peony in Yinchuan.
