摘 要:提取不同相思树种根际与非根际土壤的基因组DNA,采用Illumina NovaSeq高通量测序技术,分析了不同相思树种根际与非根际土壤的细菌群落结构及多样性。研究结果表明:多样性指数Chao、ACE、Shannon和Simpson指数显示相思树种根际土壤细菌群落具有更高的丰富性和多样性;在纲水平上,优势菌纲为Acidobacterlia和Alphaproteobacteria,且Alphaproteobacteria、Gammaproteobacteria在同一相思树种根际土壤中所占丰度均高于非根际土壤;在目水平上,Acidobacteriales占主导地位,其在不同相思树种根际土壤中的丰度高于非根际土壤;在科水平上,在不同相思树种根际土壤及非根际土壤中,Xanthobacteraceae、Acidothermaceae、unidentified_Acidobacteriales均为优势菌群,且同一相思树种根际土壤的细菌群落丰度高于非根际土壤。In this study,genomic DNA from rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of different Acacia spp.was extracted,and Illumina NovaSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial community structure and diversity of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of different Acacia species.The results showed that the bacterial diversity in the soil of different Acacia spp.is rich,and the diversity indexes of Chao,ACE,Shannon and Simpson in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil bacteria of different Acacia species show that the rhizosphere soil bacterial community has higher richness and diversity.At the Class level,the dominant bacteria are Acidobacterlia and Alphaproteobacteria.The abundance of Alphaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria in the rhizosphere soil of the same Acacia is higher than that of the non-rhizosphere soil.At the Order level,Acidobacteriales occupies a dominant position,and its content in the rhizosphere soil of different Acacia species is lower than that in the non-rhizosphere soil.At the Family level,Xanthobacteraceae,Acidothermaceae,and unidentified_Acidobacteriales are the dominant bacterial groups in the rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil of different Acacia species.The abundance of bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil of the same Acacia was higher than that in the non-rhizosphere soil.
