摘  要:以烤烟品种云烟87、K326、鄂烤二号的中部叶为材料,研究了烟叶的颜色值、电导率与其晾制、烘烤过程中颜色变化的关系。结果表明:烟叶在由绿转黄、由黄转褐的过程中,L^(*)值出现先上升再平缓后下降的变化趋势,a^(*)值则逐渐上升,b^(*)值则先升后降,且b^(*)值会在叶片发生褐变之前便出现下降趋势;出现或即将出现褐变烟叶的相对电导率远高于未出现褐变的烟叶。因此,烟叶的b^(*)值和相对电导率可作为烘烤过程中的动态监测指标,为烟叶褐变风险提供预警。The middle leaves of Yunyan 87,K326 and ejiao-2 were used as materials to study the relationship between the color value and electrical conductivity of tobacco leaves and their color changes during air curing and curing.The results showed that in the changing process of tobacco leaves from green to yellow and from yellow to brown,the L^(*)value first increased,then flattened,and then decreased.The a^(*)value gradually increased.The b^(*)value increased first and then decreased,and the b^(*)value decreased before the occurrence of browning.The relative conductivity of the leaves with browning or about to appear was much higher than that of the leaves without browning.The yellow blue value b^(*)and relative electrical conductivity of tobacco leaves can be used as dynamic monitoring indicators during the curing process,which can provide early warning for the risk of tobacco leaf browning.
