摘　　要：详细介绍了动力分散型内燃动车组排气结构和防护设计,采用顶部排气方式,通过计算和选用新型隔热材料,设计一款具有良好隔热的夹层烟囱,该烟囱顶部设置具有导流、防雨水和杂物的导流罩。为避免噪声对客室内部环境的干扰,设计贯通车顶和车底的管道柜,并对管道柜做降噪处理,达到良好的效果。The exhaust structure and protection design of diesel multiple unit(DMU) are introduced in detail.The top exhaust mode is adopted. Through calculation and selection of new heat insulation materials, a mezzanine chimney with good heat insulation is designed, the top of the chimney is equipped with a deflector with diversion, rainwater prevention and sundries. In order to avoid the interference of noise to the interior environment of the passenger room, the pipe cabinet through the roof and the bottom of the car is designed, and the pipe cabinet is de-noised to achieve good results.
