摘  要:该文立足大数据背景下,结合实际办公情况对计算机办公系统的数据库结构、性能功能详细分析,运用大数据技术优势设计基于B/S结构,运用SOA技术完成架构设计,系统实现中运用J2EE技术作为JSP开发环境,完成办公系统主开发界面,运用SQL数据库建立服务器存储数据,实现服务器间的动态、静态数据通信,确保客户端、服务器之间的数据同步。通过对本次设计该办公系统各功能参数测试,发现系统可以正常运作可以实现基本功能,并且对系统性能功能测试中,根据服务器运行监测发现,行政办公管理系统各运行参数与工程设计基本要求相符,CPU应用与内存占用、硬件响应等方面一切正常,实现了高效便捷、集中规范的办公系统,可以在流程化管理中减少人为失误,提升整体工作效率。Based on the background of big data and combined with the actual office situation, this paper analyzes the database structure, performance and function of the computer office system in detail, uses the advantages of big data technology to design based on B/S structure and SOA technology to complete the architecture design. In the system implementation, J2 EE technology is used as the JSP development environment to complete the main development interface of the office system, The SQL database is used to establish the server to store data, realize the dynamic and static data communication between servers, and ensure the data synchronization between client and server. Through the functional parameter test of the office system in this design, it is found that the system can operate normally and realize the basic functions. In the system performance function test, according to the server operation monitoring, it is found that the operating parameters of the administrative office management system are consistent with the basic requirements of the engineering design, and the CPU application, memory occupation, hardware response and other aspects are normal, It realizes an efficient, convenient, centralized and standardized office system, which can reduce human errors in process management and improve the overall work efficiency.
