摘　　要：变电运维作为电力系统的核心业务,倒闸操作又作为变电运维专业的核心业务,操作质量直接关系电网安全和可靠供电。随着电网设备规模不断扩大、新技术、新设备广泛应用,智能变电站的普及以及智慧变电站的落地,对广大变电运维人员的业务能力、职业素养提出了更高要求。该文通过倒闸操作中一起由于在监控后台检查断路器电气位置,断路器传动过程中断路器分闸后,断路器无法远方合闸,造成延误送电的事件分析,提出对断路器电气位置检查应检查监控信号的建议,并对常规站及智能站电气位置检查进行优化,提高运维人员状态感知、缺陷发现、主动预警、设备管控和应急处置能力,从而促进运维队伍更好、更快地向"设备主人+全科医生"转型。Substation operation and maintenance is the core business of power system, and switching operation is the core business of substation operation and maintenance. The operation quality is directly related to the safety and reliable power supply of power grid. With the continuous expansion of the scale of power grid equi pment, the wide application of new technologies and new equipment, the popularization of intel igent substation and the implementation of intel igent substation, higher requirements are put forward for the business ability and professional quality of the majority of substation operation and maintenance personnel. In this paper, through the event analysis of the delay in power transmission due to the inspection of the circuit breaker’s electrical position in the monitoring background and the circuit breaker’s failure to close remotely after the circuit breaker is opened in the process of circuit breaker transmission, it is proposed that the monitoring signal should be checked for the circuit breaker’s electrical position inspection, and the electrical position inspection of conven tional station and intelligent station should be optimized, Improve the operation and maintenance personnel’s state perception, defect discovery, active early warning, equipment management and control and emergency disposal capabilities, so as to promote the transformation of the operation and maintenance team to "equipment owner + general practitioner" better and faster.
