摘 要:为研究复合益生菌培养物对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响,试验将40只杜寒羊随机分成4组,对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%复合益生菌培养物。结果显示:中剂量组、高剂量组与对照组相比较,末重分别升高3.11%(P<0.05)和3.30%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别升高9.98%(P<0.05)和10.52%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低4.52%(P<0.05)和5.04%(P<0.05),胴体重分别升高4.16%(P<0.05)和4.50%(P<0.05),屠宰率分别升高1.03%(P>0.05)和1.17%(P<0.05),脾脏指数分别升高7.28%(P<0.05)和8.61%(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量分别升高10.61%(P<0.05)和11.62%(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量分别升高19.95%(P<0.05)和21.55%(P<0.05),羊白介素2 (IL-2)含量分别升高8.94%(P<0.05)和10.14%(P<0.05),羊白介素6(IL-6)含量分别升高5.67%(P<0.05)和7.56%(P<0.05)。表明杜寒羊基础日粮中添加0.1%和0.2%的复合益生菌培养物能显著提高肉羊的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能,临床选择复合益生菌培养物的添加剂量为0.1%。In order to study the effects of compound probiotic culture on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of mutton sheep,40 Duhan sheep were randomly divided into four groups.The control group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group were supplemented with0,0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%compound probiotic cultures respectively.The results showed that medium dose group,high dose group compared with the control group,the final weight increased by 3.11%(P<0.05)and3.30%(P<0.05),the average daily gain increased by 9.98%(P<0.05)and 10.52%(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain decreased by 4.52%(P<0.05)and 5.04%(P<0.05),the carcass weight increased by 4.16%(P<0.05)and 4.50%(P<0.05),the slaughter rate increased by 1.03%(P<0.05)and 1.17%(P<0.05),the spleen index increased by 7.28%(P<0.05)and 8.61%(P<0.05),the content of IgA increased by 10.61%(P<0.05)and 11.62%(P<0.05),the content of IgG increased by 19.95%(P<0.05)and 21.55%(P<0.05),the content of IL-2 increased by 8.94%(P<0.05)and 10.14%(P<0.05),the content of IL-6 increased by5.67%(P<0.05)and 7.56%(P<0.05).In conclusion,the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of meat sheep could be significantly improved by adding 0.1%and 0.2%compound probiotic culture to the basic diet of Duhan sheep.The amount of additive for compound probiotic culture was 0.1%.
