摘 要:苜蓿的秋眠性是指苜蓿在夏末秋初,由于日照时间变短、温度下降所表现出来的植株生长速率下降、茎枝匍匐的一种生长特性,是苜蓿应对环境变化的一种特殊休眠方式。过去多集中于秋冬季节不同秋眠型苜蓿的可溶性糖来研究苜蓿的秋眠性,但苜蓿秋眠性的调控机理尚不清楚。本文对苜蓿秋眠性、光敏色素A(phy A)参与苜蓿秋眠调控、phy A信号转导机制等方面进行了综述与分析,以期从分子水平利用秋眠性来预测新品种的秋眠级别,为培育抗寒性强、秋眠性弱的苜蓿品种,改进现有优良品种的秋眠级等提供科学依据。Fall dormancy is an adaptive growth characteristic of alfalfa,with the declined growth rate and stem branches by the changes of the shorter day-length and lower temperature in late summer or early autumn,as a special dormancy way to response the environmental changes.The previous research focused on the different type fall-dormancy alfalfa metabolism mostly,which was associated with soluble sugar,and the regulation mechanism of fall dormancy is not clear.In this paper,the progress of fall dormancy,phytochrome A(phy A)involved in alfalfa fall dormancy regulation,phy A signal transduction mechanism were reviewed,aimed to provide scientific basis for using fall dormancy to predict new varieties dormancy class from the molecular level,cultivate alfalfa varieties with strong cold resistance and weak fall dormancy,and improve the fall dormancy level of existing excellent varieties.
