超声快速石蜡切片在脱落细胞学诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型环保超声处理试剂配合超声快速组织处理仪应用于脱落细胞学诊断中的可行性。方法收集湖北省中西医结合医院病理科2020年3月到2021年3月之间临床送检的胸水、腹水的脱落细胞学标本各30例。每例标本取材2块,同时进行超声快速石蜡处理(快蜡组)和常规石蜡处理(常规组)。分别将其石蜡切片进行HE染色、免疫组织化学染色和特殊染色。在显微镜下观察二组切片,对比二种不同的细胞蜡块处理方式对结果的影响。结果与常规组比较,快蜡组切片制作周期短,HE染色切片透明度好,细胞核与细胞质染色对比清晰。细胞结构和形态保存更加完好。免疫组织化学染色切片细胞结构清晰完整,阳性结果强度好,定位准确。抗酸染色切片镜下见红色的簇状杆菌,其结果与常规组切片染色结果比较均无明显差异。结论超声快速石蜡切片不仅缩短了制片时间,而且适用于脱落细胞蜡块的制作,满足对脱落细胞病理诊断的要求。Objective To explore the feasibility of environmental-friendly reagent ultrasonic rapid tissue processing system in the diagnosis of exfoliative cytology.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,30 cases of pleural effusion and ascites were collected from Pathology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine.Each specimen was divided into two groups:rapid paraffin section group and conventional group.Paraffin sections were stained with HE staining,immunohistochemical antigen detection and special staining.The results were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with conventional group,the fast paraffin section group had shorter preparation period,better transparency of HE staining,and clear contrast of nuclear and cytoplasmic staining.The cell structure and morphology were more intact.Immunohistochemical staining showed clear and complete cell structure,positive results and accurate localization.Acid fast staining demonstrated that there was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Ultrasonic-aid rapid paraffin section method not only shortens the processing time,but also suitable for making wax block of exfoliated cells,so it meets the requirements of pathological diagnosis of exfoliated cells.
