摘　　要：6G是未来通信的基石,当前技术领先国家已制定了6G愿景与战略规划。在与中国进行战略竞争的背景下,美国政府应该牵头制定新的技术开发和部署策略。报告首先论述了6G的技术优势和当前6G政策的现状,然后对从5G中吸取的技术和政策教训,以及全球的6G发展现状进行详细概括,最后指出为保持美国的6G竞争力,保障美国6G的未来,美国政府应该采取的措施。6G is the primer of future telecommunication.At present,technology leading countries have formulated 6G vision and strategy plan.In the context of strategy competition with China,the U.S.government should take the lead in crafting new technology development and arrangement strategies.This report first discusses the technology advantages of 6G and describes the current situation of 6G policy;then,it summarizes in detail the technology and policy lessons learned from 5G and 6G development status in the world;finally,it points out the measures that the U.S.government should take in order to maintain the 6G competitiveness and ensure the future of 6G.
