高孔藻基净水剂在深度处理污水工艺中的应用研究

摘  要:以大新某企业厂区污水处理厂污水作为处理对象,通过将高孔藻基净水剂植入污水处理厂生化系统的方法进行强化处理,进而达到优化深度处理污水工艺的目的。试验结果表明:植入高孔藻基净水剂作为生物载体,改善活性污泥后,部分污染物(如TP、COD及NH_(3)-N)的去除效率得到了提升,CAST系统中的有机物在生化处理过程中消解的效率大于未植入前,污泥增长速度明显放缓,污泥产量减少5%~30%。Taking the sewage from the sewage treatment plant of Daxin electrolytic manganese plant as the treatment object,the high pore alginate on water purifying agent is implanted into the biochemical system of the sewage treatment plant for enhanced treatment,so as to optimize the advanced sewage treatment process.The test results show that the removal efficiency of some pollutants(such as TP,COD and NH3-N)has been improved after the implantation of high porous alginate based water purification agent as biological carrier to improve the activated sludge.The digestion efficiency of organic matter in cast system in the biochemical treatment process is higher than that before the implantation.The growth rate of sewage sludge has slowed down significantly,and the sludge output has decreased by about 5%~30%.
