摘　　要：三北防护林体系建设工程是我国实施的一项重要生态工程,对粮食增产、推动经济发展、提升森林资源质量等起到了不可或缺的作用。此工程自开展以来取得了显著的生态效益与经济效益,同时还为其它生态工程积累了诸多宝贵经验。但是,此工程也存在着一些不容忽视的问题,要积极面对并解决问题,推进生态文明建设,为工程后期发展提供支撑。The Three-North Shelterbelt System Construction Project is an important ecological project implemented in my country,which has played an indispensable role in increasing grain production,promoting economic development,and improving the quality of forest resources.Since this project was launched,significant ecological and economic benefits have been achieved,and many valuable experiences have been accumulated for other ecological projects.However,this project also has some problems that cannot be ignored.We must actively face and solve the problems,promote the construction of ecological civilization,and provide support for the later development of the project.
