摘　　要：十月革命前,列宁遵循"自发"到"自觉"的理论主线,通过建党、宣传和教育等实践路径,成功塑构了工人的阶级意识。列宁的思想和实践蕴含着以人民为主体的历史自觉性、政治传承性、现实回应性和价值承载性的理论意涵。回望历史,镜鉴未来。为凝聚人民共识开启中华民族伟大复兴新征程,须从政党的人民性建设、利益的群众性整合、理论的民族性创新着手,强化政党认同、构建利益认同、增进思想认同,汇聚和激发人民创造伟力。Before the October Revolution,Lenin followed the theoretical main line from“spontaneity”to“consciousness”,and successfully shaped the working class consciousness through practical paths such as party building,publicity and education.Lenin’s thought and practice contain the theoretical meaning of historical consciousness,political inheritance,realistic response and value bearing with the people as the main body.Look back on history and mirror the future.In order to gather the people’s consensus and open a new journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need to start with the construction of the people’s nature of the political party,the mass integration of interests and the innovation of the national nature of theory,strengthen the identification of political parties,build the identification of interests,unify the ideological identification,and gather and stimulate the people’s creative power.
