摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是骨科常见和多发疾病之一,其发生发展是一个多因素相互作用的复杂过程。由于社会生活节奏的加快,不良坐姿、长期体力劳动、工作负荷加重等不良的生活行为习惯均会导致LDH发病率升高,其中青壮年人群占比较大。LDH涉及的中医病证十分广泛,不同阶段病情差别极大,制订具体治疗准则和相应方剂离不开脏腑辨证,应以整体调理脏腑功能为本,兼以对症治疗。现代医家认为LDH发生大多与肝、脾、肾等脏腑有关,但目前中医治疗以经验方为主,缺乏统一的病因病机、辨证论治、疗效评价标准,尤其是在脏腑辨证方面。因此,本文结合古今各医家对LDH的认识及运用中医药治疗的研究成果,从脏腑辨证角度进行综述,对本病的中医治疗进行探讨。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is one of the common and frequent diseases in orthopedics,and its occurrence and development are usually the results of a multifactorial and complex process.The high incidence of LDH is caused by the accelerated pace of life,improper sitting posture,long-term physical labor,increased workload and other adverse lifestyle habits,and is dominated by young adults.LDH involves a wide range of Chinese medicine syndrome,and the disease condition varies greatly at different stages.The formulation of specific treatment guidelines and corresponding prescriptions is inseparable from the visceral syndrome differentiation,and should be based on the overall regulation of visceral function,while supplemented by symptomatic treatment.Modern medical practitioners believe that the occurrence of this disease is mostly related to the liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera,but at present,Chinese medicine treatment is mainly based on empirical prescriptions,and there is a lack of unified criteria for evaluating etiology and pathogenesis,treatment with syndrome differentiation and efficacy,especially in visceral differentiation.Therefore,this paper discusses the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of visceral syndrome differentiation,in combination with the understanding of ancient and modern medical practitioners on LDH as well as the study results of treatment with Chinese mate ria medica.
