摘  要:随着研究生招收规模的逐年扩大和研究型医院的加速转型,在医院实验室开展课题研究工作的研究生数量日益增加。医院研究生RT-PCR技术科研带教过程中存在的主要问题有:学生基础知识参差不齐、既往动手实践机会少、存在知其然不知其所以然和缺乏系统高效的RT-PCR技术培训体系等情况。通过总结本实验室多年来的有益做法和经验教训,并参考相关单位的情况,依照循序渐进、由浅入深和理论联系实际的总体原则,将医院研究生的RT-PCR技术科研带教工作凝练为“三步法”科研带教模式,分别为最初的感性认识培养阶段、动手实操的理性认识培养阶段和最终理论联系实际的深刻认识培养阶段。实践表明,该教学模式能够增强研究生分析和解决实际问题的能力,可迅速提升科研带教效果。With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment year by year and the accelerated transformation of research-oriented hospitals,the number of postgraduates conducting research work in hospital laboratories is increasing.The problems in the process of teaching reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)technique to postgraduates in hospitals mainly include uneven basic knowledge of students,few opportunities for hands-on practice,knowing the how but not knowing the why and lack of systematic and efficient training system for RT-PCR technique.By summarizing the effective practices and experience and enlightenment obtained in our laboratory over the years,and referring to the situation of related units,the research teaching of RT-PCR for postgraduates has been condensed into a"Three Steps"research teaching mode according to the general principles of step-by-step,from the shallower to the deeper and theory to practice,which are:the initial perceptual cognition cultivation stage,the hands-on stage to cultivate rational cognition,and the final profound understanding cultivation stage to link theory with practice.Practice shows that this teaching mode can enhance the ability of postgraduates in analyzing and solving practical problems,and can rapidly improve the effect of research teaching.
