小肠CT造影检查前肠道准备方法对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同肠道准备方法用于小肠CT造影(CTE)检查前的效果比较。方法选取2019年2月至2020年7月广州市花都区人民医院接受CTE检查患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,A组40例检查前分时段口服甘露醇等渗溶液,B组40例检查前分时段口服纯净水,C组40例检查前分时段口服牛奶,对三组肠道准备合格率、优良率、肠腔充盈评分、肠腔病变诊断准确率进行比较。结果A组肠道准备合格率、优良率均高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组十二指肠、空肠、回肠的肠腔充盈情况得分均高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组对各部位肠腔病变诊断准确率均高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CTE检查前肠道准备时,采用分时段口服甘露醇等渗溶液的肠腔充盈效果最佳,肠道准备效果最好,可作为首选肠道准备方法。Objective To explore and compare the effects of different intestinal preparation methods used before CT enterography(CTE).Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing CTE in Huadu People’s Hospital of Guangzhou City from February 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were grouped by the random number table method.40 patients in group A received oral mannitol isotonic solution in different periods before the examination,40 patients in group B received oral purified water in different periods before the examination,and 40 patients in group C received oral milk in different periods before the examination.The passing rate and excellent rate of intestinal preparation,intestinal filling score,and the diagnostic accuracy of intestinal lesions were compared among the three groups.Results The passing rate and excellent rate of intestinal preparation in group A were higher than those in groups B and C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of intestinal filling in duodenum,jejunum and ileum in group A were higher than those in groups B and C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of intestinal lesions in group A was higher than those in groups B and C,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion During the intestinal preparation before CTE,oral mannitol isotonic solution in different periods is helpful to obtain the best intestinal filling effect with the best intestinal preparation effect,and it can be used as the preferred intesti nal preparation method.
