摘　　要：随着医疗技术的发展,如何运用有效的方式提高自然分娩率、降低剖宫产率已经成为产科开展日常工作的重要目标,分娩为产妇必经的一个特殊生理时期,随着产科护理理念的转变,骨盆摇摆运动在我国各地产科中逐渐推广,配合无痛分娩干预可有效缩短产妇的产程,减轻其痛苦,使产妇在尽可能小的痛苦之下完成自然分娩。骨盆摇摆运动简单易行,而且能够锻炼骨盆韧带,提高关节之间的活动度,增加骨盆的空间,帮助胎头完成分娩机转,加快产程进展,促进自然分娩。基于此,笔者主要针对近年来与之相关的文献进行分析总结,对骨盆摇摆运动在产妇自然分娩的辅助作用进行综述。With the development of medical technology,how to use effective methods to increase the rate of natural childbirth and reduce the rate of cesarean section has become an important goal in the daily work of obstetrics.Labor is a special physiological period that puerperae must go through.With the transformation of the nursing concept in obstetrics,pelvic rocking motion(PRM)has been increasingly popularized in obstetrics throughout China.In combination with the intervention of painless childbirth,it can shorten the length of labor and reduce pain,so that puerperae can undergo natural childbirth with as little pain as possible.The PRM is simple and easy to perform,and it can exercise the pelvic ligaments,improve the mobility of the joints,increase the space of the pelvis,enable the fetal head to complete the delivery mechanism,speed up the progress of labor and promote natural childbirth.Based on this,the authors analyze and summarize the recent pieces of literature related to PRM,and review the auxiliary role of PRM in natural childbirth.
