摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2020年12月南方医科大学顺德医院(佛山市顺德区第一人民医院)CVA患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,观察组采用穴位贴敷加复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,均连续治疗1个月,比较两组临床疗效以及中医证候评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者咳嗽、咯痰及恶寒肢冷症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗基础上加穴位贴敷治疗CVA的效果较好,能够显著提高患者临床疗效,改善临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application on cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 60 patients with CVA in Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University(the First People’s Hospital of Shunde)from June 2017 to December 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsules,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application plus compound methoxyphenamine capsules,both of the groups were treated continuously for one month.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and aversion to cold and cold limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application on the basis of compound methoxyphenamine capsule is effective in treating CVA,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
