自动摆药模式下拆零药品的有效期管理实践

摘　　要：摆药机的应用减少了摆药差错,提高了工作效率,是药房自动化的必然趋势。但是自动摆药模式也带来了新的挑战,摆药室拆零药品的有效期管理就是其中亟待解决的问题。规范的有效期管理有助于保障摆药室拆零药品的质量,促进摆药药品的用药安全。然而,对于拆零药品的使用期限,一直以来存在争议,既没有统一的管理标准,又缺乏相关规范性文件做出系统规定,拆零药品有效期管理相关的文献资料也较少,这些因素都导致拆零药品的有效期管理成为药品质控的薄弱点。本文通过查阅拆零药品有效期管理的相关政策法规,同时结合辽宁省金秋医院摆药室拆零药品有效期管理的现状和实践经验,提出拆零药品有效期管理的措施和建议,以期为规范自动摆药模式下拆零药品的有效期管理提供参考。The application of drug dispensing devices reduces drug dispensing errors and improves work efficiency,which is an inevitable trend of pharmacy automation.However,the automatic drug dispensing mode also brings new challenges.The validity management of dismantled drugs in the drug dispensing room is an urgent problem to be solved.Standardized validity management helps to ensure the quality of dismantled drugs in the drug dispensing room and promote the drug safety of dispensed drugs.However,the service life of dismantled drugs has always been controversial.There are neith er unified management standards,nor systematic provisions in relevant normative documents,and there are few pieces of literature and documents related to the validity management of dismantled drugs.These factors lead to the validity management of dismantled drugs becoming the weak link in drug quality control.By consulting the relevant policies and regulations on the validity management of dismantled drugs,combined with the current situation and practical experience of the validity management of dismantled drugs in the drug dispensing room of Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the measures and suggestions for the validity management of dismantled drugs,in order to provide references for standardizing the validity management of dismantled drugs under the automatic drug dispensing mode.
