教学医院对医学专业型硕士研究生科研能力培养现状及对策研究

摘　　要：目的调查教学医院在“双轨合一”模式下,对医学专业型硕士研究生科研能力的培养现状,探讨存在的问题及提出对策建议。方法对陕西省人民医院2019级64名医学专业型硕士研究生进行问卷调查,调查结果使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计学分析。结果64名医学专业型硕士研究生中,89.06%(57名)认为科研能力培养有必要,48.44%(31名)研究生认为科研能力培养重要,54.69%(35名)研究生认为临床科研并重,57.81%(37名)对阅读科研SCI文献困难,71.88%(46名)对设计课题研究方案能力欠缺,75.00%(48名)撰写标书困难,68.75%(41名)科研学术活动发言困难,62.50%(40名)撰写科研文章困难。结论目前医学专业型硕士研究生在教学医院科研能力培养方面存在问题,针对以上问题提出解决策略,为教学医院培养“临床科研齐头并进”的医学专业型研究生奠定基础。Objective To investigate the present situation of cultivating the scientific research ability of the masters of medicine in teaching hospitals under the"dual track integration"model,to explore the existing problems and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 64 masters of medicine in the 2019 grade of Shaanxi Provi ncial People’s Hospital,and the survey results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software.Results Among the 64 masters of medicine,89.06%(57)believed that the cultivation of scientific research ability was necessary;48.44%(31)believed that the cultivation of scientific research ability was important;54.69%(35)believed that clinical and s cientific research regard both as equally important;57.81%(37)had difficulty in reading SCI documents of scientific research;71.88%(46)were incapable of designing project research protocols;75.00%(48)had difficulty in writing bids;68.75%(41)had difficulty speaking in scientific research and academic activities;62.50%(40)had difficulty in writing scientific articles.Conclusion At present,there are problems in the cultivation of scientific research ability of teaching hospitals for masters of medicine.We propose solutions to the above problems to lay the foundation for teaching hospitals to train the masters of medicine who conduct"simultaneous practice of clinical and scientific research".
