摘　　要：目的分析针药结合治疗对脑梗死患者血流动力学的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年6月在丰顺县人民医院康复医学科治疗的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将其分为两组,对照组行常规西药治疗配合高压氧及康复训练,试验组在此基础上增加针药结合治疗,对比两组的神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(MBI)评分及血液流变学指标。结果治疗后,试验组NIHSS评分低于对照组;MBI评分高于对照组;试验组红细胞比积(PCV)、血小板聚集率(PAG)、血浆黏度(PV)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗配合高压氧及康复训练可改善脑梗死患者脑组织的血流灌注,值得应用与推广。Objective'To analyze the effects of combined acupuncture and drug therapy on hemodynamicsin patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in theDepartment of Rehabilitation Medicine of Fengshun People's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 wereretrospectively analyzed and selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental groupand the control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The controlgroup was treated with conventional western medicine+hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitationtraining,while the experimental group was treated with acupuncture+drug on the basis of the treatmentin the control group.The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,score of activity of dailyliving(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)and blood rheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the controlgroup,while the MBI score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The packedcell volume(PCV),platelet aggregation rate(PAG)and plasma viscosity(PV)of the experimentalgroup were lower than those of the control group after treatment,with statistically significantdifferences(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture and drug therapy with hyperbaric oxygenand rehabilitation training can improve the blood perfusion of cerebral tissues in patients with cerebralinfarction,reduce the damage to the function of cerebral tissues,promote the rapid rehabilitation of patientsand improve their activities of daily living,which is worthy of application and promotion.
