摘　　要：医疗卫生行业信用主体信用等级的高低反映的是管理相对人日常在经营活动中遵守本行业相关法律法规的合规度。卫生健康行政部门利用各业务平台的基础信用信息和违规记录,明确行业内信用风险提示事项,实现信用信息系统精准识别可能造成潜在危害或风险程度高的信用信息。通过风险监测提示机制,将风险提示信息推送给卫生健康行政部门及相关执法人员,及早排查与处置,达到化解风险、精准监管的目的。The credit rating of the medical and health industry can reflect the compliance degree of the counterparts in the management of the industry to abide by the norms of the industry in their daily operation.Health administrative departments use credit information and violation records of each business platform to clarify the credit risk tips within the industry and realize the accurate identification of credit information that may cause potential harm or high risk by the credit information system.Through the risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,the risk warning information will be pushed to the health administrative departments and relevant law enforcer for early investigation and disposal,so as to achieve the purpose of risk reduction and precise supervision.
