摘　　要：目的通过抽检辽宁省三级医院胃肠镜外表面清洗消毒效果,探讨ATP生物荧光法对胃肠镜洗消监管的应用。方法采用ATP生物荧光法随机抽检13家三级医院胃肠镜手工洗消效果,采用SPSS对样本抽检结果进行统计描述和统计分析。结果抽检的胃镜和肠镜合格率分别为88.5%和94.6%。结论建议卫生监督机构使用ATP生物荧光法检测胃肠镜洗消质量,提高卫生监督工作效能;医疗机构使用ATP生物荧光法检测胃肠镜洗消质量,防止医院感染暴发。Objective To explore the application of ATP biofluorescence method in the supervision of gastroenteroscopy cleansing by examine the cleaning and disinfection effects of gastroscopy and colonoscopy in tertiary hospitals in Liaoning Province.Methods ATP biofluorescence was used to randomly examine the effect of gastroscopy and colonoscope manual cleansing in 13 tertiary hospitals,SPSS was used to statistically describe and analyze the results.Results The qualified rates of sampling gastroscope and colonoscopy were 88.5%and 94.6%.Conclusion It is suggested that ATP bioluminescence should be used to detect the effects of cleaning and disinfection of gastroscopy and colonoscopy to improve the efficacy of health supervision and healthcare facilities should use ATP bioluminescence to detect the quality of gastroscopy and colonoscopy decontamination to prevent outbreaks of nosocomial infections.
