摘　　要：目的调查分析重庆市存在职业病危害用人单位特点,分析职业卫生监管面临的问题和挑战,提出监管建议。方法采用调查表形式对重庆市各区县职业卫生监督机构及辖区存在职业病危害的用人单位进行调查。结果重庆市存在职业病危害的用人单位数量多、危害重、规模小,监督员执法经验较欠缺,职业卫生监管任务与监督力量不相匹配的矛盾较突出。结论职业卫生监督机构应通过年度专项监督检查、指导基层明确监管重点、加强执法队伍建设、创新监管模式等方式提升职业卫生监管效能。Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of employers with occupational hazards in Chongqing,analyze the problems and challenges faced by occupational health supervision,and put forward supervision suggestions.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the occupational health supervision institutions of all districts in Chongqing and the employers with occupational hazards in their districts.Results The number of employers with occupational hazards in Chongqing was large,the hazards were serious,the scale was small,the supervisors were lack of law enforcement experience,and the contradiction between occupational health supervision task and supervision force was prominent.Conclusion Occupational health supervision institutions should improve the efficiency of occupational health supervision through annual special supervision and inspection,guiding the grassroots to clarify the supervision focus,strengthening the supervision team,and innovating the supervision mode.
