摘 要:随着我国轨道交通运营里程的不断增加,轨道车辆的运营环境也面临着更多的变化。文中以轨道车辆用活塞式风源系统为研究对象,通过理论解析推导出环境温度和环境大气压力与风源排气量和排气温度的理论关系。并采用AMEsim软件对活塞式风源系统进行建模和仿真,通过仿真得到了环境大气压力和温度对活塞式风源系统的各级压缩比、排气温度和排气质量流量的影响规律。China is a vast territory with significant differences in climate and environment. With the continuous increase of running mileage of rail transport, the operating environment of rail vehicles is also complex and varied. In this paper, the piston air supply system is studied, the theoretical relationship between environment factors and exhaust air volume and temperature are derived. Meanwhile, the piston air supply system was modeled and simulated by AMEsim software, the effects of environment factors on compression ratio, exhaust temperature and mass flow rate of piston air supply system were obtained by simulation.
