摘　　要：基于神华现场调研情况和试验目标,建立全新的科学试验平台,以最大程度模拟真实情况为目的,设计有针对性、有效率的试验方案,进行实车的模拟线路运行试验,对零部件失效规律、零部件寿命管理体系和状态修工艺规程等基础性研究成果进行适应性验证,对状态修检修范围、检修工艺和质量标准制定的合理性进行验证。Based on the current investigation and objectives of ShenHua Company, a new scientific test platform is established. With the purpose of simulating the real situation to the greatest extent, a targeted and efficient test scheme is designed to carry out the test of line operation simulation for the real vehicle, and the basic research results such as failure rules of parts, life management system of parts and state repair process regulations are approved. The rationality of the scope, process and quality standard of condition based maintenance also shall be approved.
