摘　　要：互联网理财便捷、投资门槛低,吸引了大学生也加入投资理财的队列,但大学生普遍存在投资不理性、无风险意识等特点。为了有效规避投资理财中存在的风险,进而更理性地进行投资理财,本文首先列举理财中存在的风险并进行分类,并通过发放问卷获取数据,建立多元logistics回归模型分析影响风险偏好的主要因素,通过风险因素预测主要风险类型,并针对主要风险给出大学生规避投资理财风险的建议。Internet financial management is convenient and the threshold for investment is low,so it attracts college students to join the queue of investment and financial management,but college students generally have the characteristics of irrational investment and no risk awareness.In order to effectively avoid the risks in investment and financial management,and then carry out investment and financial management more rationally,this study first enumerates the risks existing in financial management and classifies them,then sends out questionnaires to obtain data,establishes a multiple logistics regression model to analyze the main factors affecting risk preference,predicts the main risk types through risk factors,and gives some suggestions for college students to avoid investment and financial risks according to the main risks.
