摘　　要：汽车项目投资具有投资数额大、周期长、不确定性较大等特点,大型主流车企都在推进架构战略及平台战略以应对国内外市场挑战。本文从平台战略下的车型开发项目管理出发,用投资管理视角,分析投资管理关键指标在其中的应用,为企业高效调配资源,提高项目的经济效益和社会效益,提供一种全新的工作方向。Automobile project investment has the characteristics of large investment amount,long cycle and great uncertainty.Large mainstream automobile enterprises are promoting architecture strategy and platform strategy to meet the challenges of domestic and foreign markets.Starting from the vehicle development project management under the platform strategy,this paper analyzes the application of key indicators of investment management from the perspective of investment management,so as to provide a new direction for enterprises to allocate resources efficiently and improve the economic and social benefits of the project.
