摘  要:现有长途客车的物品储藏处存在诸多问题,如行李摆放的不合理导致储藏室空间的利用率低;还有由于行李箱等物品摆放的先后顺序不同,造成乘客在下车时取行李箱的不便,从而耽误了大家的时间;并且在一些相对落后的城乡地区道路建设还有待完善,这就导致了行李易受客车在路程中意外颠簸而损坏,对人们的行李安全构成潜在威胁,这可能会导致与客车公司不必要的民事纠纷,不利于和谐社会的建设。对此设计了基于长途客车的存储检测装置。新型客车存储检测装置的主要操作系统是无线电感应系统,初步设计舱内分上下两层,并通过客车仪表盘的按钮控制舱内对应滑板,对物品进行有序分层存放。左右的不对称设计让行李箱和货物与小包裹分开存放,避免人们货物之间相互挤压。行李舱内装有监控摄像探头,连接到车内司机控制附近以及外部大屏幕,方便客车司机管理与乘客下车时快速找到且拿取行李。本装置将存储检测装置和智能助寻系统以及操控系统有机的结合起来,配合有限元进行具体受力分析,进一步增强装置的安全性和实用性,能够更大限度地满足客车公司的便利性与使用者的需求。There are many problems in the goods storage of the existing long-distance bus,such as the unreasonable placement of luggage leading to the low utilization of the storage room space;in addition,due to the different order of luggage and other items,it is inconvenient for passengers to take the luggage when getting off,which delays everyone’s time;moreover,in some relatively backward urban and rural areas,the road construction needs to be improved,which leads to the baggage vulnerable to the accidental bumps of the bus during the journey,which poses a potential threat to people’s baggage safety,which may lead to unnecessary civil disputes with the bus company,and is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,a storage detection device based on long-distance bus is designed.The main operating system of the new bus storage and detection device is the radio sensing system.The cabin is divided into upper and lower layers in the preliminary design,and the corresponding sliding plate in the cabin is controlled by the button on the bus instrument panel to store the items in an orderly and layered manner.The asymmetric design of the left and right allows the luggage and goods to be stored separately from small packages,so as to prevent people from squeezing each other.The luggage compartment is equipped with a monitoring camera probe,which is connected to the driver’s control nearby and the external large screen,which is convenient for bus driver management and passengers to quickly find and pick up their luggage when they get off the bus.The device organically combines the storage and detection device with the intelligent search aid system and the control system,and carries out the specific stress analysis with the finite element method,so as to further enhance the safety and practicability of the device,and can meet the convenience of bus companies and the needs of users to a greater extent.
