摘　　要：齿轮减速器在许多行业中都被广泛的应用,特别对于机械设备来说它是一种不可缺少的机械传动装置,所以在生产过程中,我们可以提高齿轮减速器的寿命和工作性能来让机械设备的工作效率更加高效。本文在一些减速器润滑方式的基础上,设计了一款G50型减速器自润滑机构,有效的提延长了减速器的使用周期。Gear reducer is widely used in many industries.Especially for mechanical equipment,it is an indispensable mechanical transmission device.So in the production process,we can improve the service life and working performance of gear reducer to make the working efficiency of mechanical equipment more efficient.In this paper,based on some gearbox lubrication methods,a G50 gearbox self-lubricating mechanism is designed,which effectively extends the service life of the gearbox.
