摘　　要：随着汽车产业的发展,汽车开始走进千家万户,汽车的普及极大的改善了人们的生活水平,方便了人们的出行。在汽车产业发展的同时,汽车的质量和安全问题也开始受到更多的关注,如汽车的防水密封问题就是汽车安全的重要考察因素之一。一般汽车防水采用的都是密封胶条来进行密封,其有着很好的防水作用,但是因不同企业对密封胶条的使用方式和方法不同,所以还是可能引发汽车漏水问题。对此,本文就常见的密封胶条类型、汽车密封胶条的使用原理、常见的汽车密封胶条失效模式以及控制进行研究,以促进汽车防水性能的提升,提高汽车的质量安全。With the development of the automobile industry,cars began to enter thousands of households.The popularity of cars has greatly improved people’s living standards and facilitated people’s travel.With the development of automobile industry,the quality and safety of automobile also began to receive more attention.For example,the waterproof sealing of automobile is one of the important factors of automobile safety.Generally,the sealant strip is used for automobile waterproof,which has a good waterproof effect.However,due to the different ways and methods of using the sealant strip in different enterprises,it may still cause the problem of automobile water leakage.In this regard,this paper studies the common types of sealant strips,the application principle of automobile sealant strips,the common failure modes and control of automobile sealant strips,so as to promote the improvement of automobile waterproof performance and improve the quality and safety of automobile.
