摘　　要：目的分析基于判别分析法优化自动发药系统对调剂差错及工作强度的影响。方法随机抽取2018年8月-2019年8月广东省佛山市高明区人民医院开具的处方2000张,自动发药系统运行前后各1000张。比较运行前后处方差错率、平均等候时间及药师步行步数。结果运行后处方差错率低于运行前(χ^(2)=10.026,P=0.002),平均等候时间短于运行前(t=9.389,P=0.000),药师平均步行步数少于运行前(t=77.290,P=0.000)。结论自动发药系统的运用是医院药房改革由供应型向服务型转化的大趋势,自动化智能设备的使用不但可有效提升药师工作效率,还可降低调剂差错率,实现患者的用药安全,综合利用节省的时间,可缩短患者排队等待时间,尽可能对患者进行用药指导,可增加患者对取药服务的满意度,维护医院药房整体品牌形象。Objective To analyze the influence of optimizing automatic dispensing system on dispensing errors and work intensity based on the discriminant analysis method.Methods 2000 prescriptions issued by Foshan Gaoming District People's Hospital,Guangdong Province from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly selected,1000 prescriptions before and after the operation of the automatic drug distribution system.The rate of prescription error,the average waiting time and the number of steps the pharmacist walks before and after the operation were compared.Results After operation,the rate of prescription error was lower than before operation(χ^(2)=10.026,P=0.002),the average waiting time was shorter than before operation(t=9.389,P=0.000),and the number of steps the pharmacist walks was less than before operation(t=77.290,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of hospital automatic dispensing system is the general trend of hospital pharmacy reform from supply-oriented to service-oriented.The use of automatic intelligent equipment can not only effectively improve the work efficiency of pharmacists,but also reduce the dispensing error rate to the minimum,so as to realize the safety of patients.Through the comprehensive utilization of time saving,the waiting time of patients can be shortened,it can provide medication guidance to patients,increase patients'satisfaction with drug taking service,and maintain the overall brand image of hospital pharmacy.
