摘 要:设计了一种能将电磁能转化为局域温度场的超材料结构。超材料的局域电场增强效应可以产生强电场并激发电磁能-热能转换。电磁波能量通过无线方式耦合到超材料表面,因此可以实现无线能量的收集。实验表明,合理的结构设计可以有效地把空间电池波以热能的形式局域于空间有限体积内。在7 W的入射电磁波下,局域温度场增强达到的最高温度为201℃。通过与热电材料Bi2Te3组合设计出了将电磁波能量转化为电能的能量收集装置。7 W电磁波照射下实验测量单个结构单元的输出电压为高达27mV。A meta-material structure which is used to transform electromagnetic energy into a local temperature field is designed.The local electric field enhancement effect of metamaterials can generate strong electric fields and achieve the electromagnetic energy-thermal energy conversion.The electromagnetic wave energy is coupled to the surface of the meta-material through a way of wireless,collecting the wireless energy.The experiments show that the energy of electromagnetic wave can be localized in finite space as heat energy via reasonable structural design.The highest temperature of local temperature field enhancement can reach at 201℃.Through combining with thermo-material Bi2 Te3,an energy collector which is used to convert the electromagnet energy into the electric energy is designed.The output voltage of a single structural unit is as high as 27 mV under an incident microwave of 7 W.
