益肾降糖胶囊成型工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾降糖胶囊的成型工艺。方法以吸湿率为指标,筛选辅料;以颗粒的吸湿率、成型性、堆密度、休止角为综合评价指标,筛选辅料的品种,优选成型工艺条件。结果确定辅料为1/2处方量的山药粉∶乳糖∶糊精(2∶1∶1),95%乙醇湿法制粒,50℃真空干燥,制得颗粒流动性好,临界相对湿度为62%。结论该成型工艺稳定可行,为大生产提供了实验数据。OBJECTIVE To study the forming process of YiShen JiangTang Capsules.METHODS The moisture absorption rate was used as the index to screen the accessories.Taking the hygroscopicity,molding property,bulk density and resting angle of particles as the comprehensive evaluation indexes,the varieties of accessories were selected and the molding process conditions were optimized.RESULTS 1/2 level prescriptions of yam flour∶lactose∶dextrin(2∶1∶1)were used as accessories,95% alcohol was added,50℃ vacuum drying,Grannules had a good fluiity,critical relative humidity was about 62%.CONCLUSION The forming process was stable and feasible,which provided experimental data for production.
