摘　　要：目的通过动物实验对苷芝宝蜜茶饮(Ganzippo)的安全性进行毒理学评价,为苷芝宝蜜茶饮食用安全提供科学依据。方法30只ICR小鼠随机分为3组:空白组、纯水组和苷芝宝组,每组10只,雌雄各半,以最大灌胃给药量法观察苷芝宝蜜茶饮的急性毒性。结果在单次给药毒性实验研究中,与空白组和纯水组比较,苷芝宝组小鼠的症状、体重、肝肾外观及脏器指数、血清转氨酶均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。肝、肾组织病理检查结果未见明显差异。结论在本次单次给药毒性试验研究剂量和条件下,苷芝宝蜜茶饮对小鼠未见明显毒性作用。OBJECTIVE To provide scientific basis for the safety of Ganzippo,there seems to evaluate the toxicology of Ganzippo in vivo.METHODS In this study,30 ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups:blank group,pure water group and Ganzippo group,with 5 male and 5 female animals in each group.The acute toxicity of Ganzippo was observed by maximum gavage dosage.RESULTS The study indicated no statistically significant differences in symptoms,body weight,appearance of liver and kidney,organ index and serum transaminase level(P>0.05)in Ganzippo group,compared with blank and pure water group.No significant difference was found in the pathological examination of liver and kidney as well.CONCLUSION Under the dosage and conditions in this test,there was no obvious toxicity effect of Ganzippo on mice.
